Lawyer turned baker, Dottie Silverman is a creative and passionate soul who really adds a whimsy to her baking. She is thoughtful in her ingredient choices. Perhaps that is true, but I mean in a baking sense. I am Dottie's vegan baking partner. I enjoy experimenting with my crunchy granola approach to baking. We offer many vegan or dairy free options as well as the traditionally crafted pies. Just let us know what you fancy.

We are honored to be welcoming the highly regarded, pie extraordinaire Marcia Mermelstein into our kitchen. It has always been about pies for Marcia. She first learned to bake pies from her mother. It was her dessert of choice for gatherings, because, as she says, pie symbolizes tradition, celebration, and sharing. Her love for pie grew as she began to sell pies to Kaldi's in 2001. From there, she sold more and more pies! From coffee shops, to Farmers' Market's, tea room to Winslow's Home. We are giddy that she is now baking with us.
